Responsibilities
  • From checking of supplier invoices with orders to casting
  • Preparing relevant journal entries and post to ERP system
  • Check Expense Report with supporting documents
  • Process payments to suppliers and staff on timely basis and ensure sufficient funds for operational purposes
  • Handle HR functions on recruitment and C&B activities including but not limited to the payroll and income tax verification, pension contribution, taxation submission and staff benefits administration.
  • Preparing accounts i.e. consol pack, supplementary information, cashflow actual & forecast and financial analysis to Head Office and auditors on time
  • Liaise with auditors and be responsible to ensure audit accounts are issued on time without adverse comments or qualified opinion.
  • Responsible for corporate and other tax reporting matters of APC Philippines and submit timely and accurate submission of GST/VAT reports to tax authorities
  • Renewal of business, office and operating licenses
  • Inventory – assist in stock control in liaison with Logistics Department (based in HK & SG)
  • Accounts receivable – issue of invoice to customers in respect of domestic sales, chase customers for collections, record collections and prepare AR collection reports
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily office operations, including courier management, handling incoming calls, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree or above with accounting / administration
  • Detail-minded with good communication skill and responsible
  • Good commend in spoken and written English and Tagalog
  • Good command in computer software, including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong sense of responsibilities, able to work independently, willing to work with team, self-motivated and abilities to handle multi-tasks
  • Occasional outdoor tasks
  • IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferable
