Responsibilities
- Provide support on full spectrum of HR functions for APAC countries
- Handle end-to-end HR processes including but not only compensation and benefits administration, employee onboarding and offboarding, leave management, performance management and recruitment
- Work closely with local HR teams or payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, final payments, taxation, pension funds and others payroll-related items calculations
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date personnel database in HRIS and assist in any system enhancement projects
- Prepare monthly HR reports and any analytical reports based on management requests
- Assist in annual exercises including but not only performance appraisals, salary reviews, bonus and group insurance policies renewal
- Provide support in the planning and execution of corporate events and recreational activities
- Participate in any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in all-round HR functions, preferably with regional coverage
- Self-motivated, proactive with a high sense of responsibility and passion for excellence
- Meticulous, hands-on & fast-paced and able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedule
- Strong analytical skills; good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Immediately available is highly preferred
