Responsibilities
- Achieves annual sales targets by working with the Account Manager and Senior Sales personnel to establish selling strategy and tactics. Obtains orders and establishes new accounts; plans and organizes daily work; calls on existing and potential sales customers. Analyzes customer needs, requirements, and strategic plans recommending solutions with Company programs. Keeps management informed through regular activity reports and communications.
- Maintain current assigned business in Saudi and new business development in Paper, Barrier & water segment in Saudi, Egypt customers, & involve in trials/support in other country as per Business needs.
- Calls on customer facilities and observes and implements practical application of products. Services assigned accounts. Recommends changes in chemical dosages, flow rates, or equipment. Reports changes or problems to Account Manager and then customer
- Begins to work with existing customers to seek new applications for existing products. With assistance from senior sales personnel and the Account Manager, develops and executes account sales plans.
- Upon attaining the required level of technical competency and sales skills, assumes both sales and service responsibilities within an assigned territory. Improve the quality and document value provided to the customer. Under direct supervision, plans and carries out sales and service calls.
- Maintains close contact with area management regarding account activity, customer needs, prices, competitor activity and product acceptability. For the respective accounts or customer group set up clearly define sales goals, targets, and expectations for the team. Collaborate with Director of Commercial Excellence and Transformation on the plans for account management and talent management.]
- Provide supervision to Technician or Service Engineer.
- Responsible for collection of payment from customers
- Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job, including the operation and maintenance of equipment safety and complying with policy regarding the shipping of analytical samples
- Support company ESG initiatives. Strictly uphold corporate governance principles. Develop ESG-driven client solutions or proposals that incorporate ESG considerations and address sustainability challenges. Compliance with relevant ESG regulations, standards, and certifications in the industry
- Travels as required
Requirements
- Bachelor or College degree in science or technical specialty
- Basic knowledge of Paper making process, preferably work in a Paper mill before. 1 to 2 years of sales experiences Complete Amazon basic process chemical training Show potential in Amazon Sales & Marketing career.
- Good spoken and written in local language and preferably written and spoken capability in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Some problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, independent, customer oriented. Basic commercial knowledge or skills Able to work flexible hours and travel is required as per business need.
- Good computer skills with capability in data analysis tools and presentation skills. And proficient use of CRM and Microsoft 365.
